these last few weeks and days have been a media storm, testing even some established names (especially in the breaking news industry) . however i have noted that many reporters have not been doing too well, mumbling and fluffing what appears to be complete incomprehensive nonsense. are standards slipping to make news more accessable?

i like old trevor mcdonald, but i have noticed he is incredibly wooden. he has an obvious on screen authority and presents, but it may have been underminded recently by the tonight programme, which is really tabloid trash in all but name. rarly does it investigate any cutting issues.

In which case, it'd be quite difficult for it to make anything other than a return on Most Haunted or Strange But True or Emmerdale.
