I like the ticker. Just needs a few tweaks.
But it should never have been brought in at all.

Hang on. I was actually playing along with it their - but they do actually have a new ticker. Usually that headline ticker thing appears during a programme. But as I type there is a red bar on the same line as the clock with the headlines scrolling through it.
And it's scrolling a lot of them! But there are no astons on screen anymore.

It was there as of 4.40pm, then disappeared when the info strap came up.

Is this a joke or is there a ticker?
Oh what the hell, I'll find out in a few minutes when I get home!

U must have missed it there martin. It was just like the top part of an aston on the line of the clock and it started scrolling the headlines.
i.e HEADLINES - blah blah blah blah. It was going far too fast though.

I think they tried to put it on screen at 4.15 during the press conference, but it didn't work - there was a break in the astons for about a minute. I like how it tells you to go to the website for more details. Unfortunately, some of the headlines were very vague!!! It went from talking about sport to 'peacekeepers' - but didn't say where the peacekeepers were (presumably Liberia) - good generally though.
