Seen it twice tonight. Basically the end cap has the 4 ITV squares in the top right corner and GRANADA written in plain white text underneath (right aligned, the width of around 2 square). Quite nice actually.

Is it used just for local programmes or for network ones too? It would be quite interesting to see if Granada are trying to stick a little bit of regional branding back into ITV1s current onscreen identity...

They've been doing that since November!

Saw it for the first time tonight - previous ones I had seen (and I've not seen many) used the Granada logo.

And yes, it's just regional.

Be interesting to see if the other granada regions start doing it, with either their own logo, or the granada logo (I wonder if granada are going to start and "carltonise" their regional franchises under one umbrella brand?)

I think this has been used for a while, in all regions.

The other regions are doing it on regional promos, with the 4 squares in the corner and the region's name written underneath.

For the first 3 or 4 weeks after the relaunch they continued to use the grey logo DOGs

I like the trailers with the four squares, it adds consistancy, perhaps they should use the font which they use for their regional idents, but at the size of the text they are showing, perhaps it wouldn't be too readable.

Perhaps they could also show an ITV1 style endboard, but replace ITV1, with ITV1 Yorkshire, ITV1 Border etc, then it would be perfect.

I know this is slightly off topic, but on a promo for the Crimefighters or whatever it is called, I'm sure I heard a copper or some on being arrested saying 'F**k off', or am I just mental? I do like the new style of promo they use now, as they used the the G in a grey square since the current ITV look was brought in, so that was aboyt 4 and a half years ago, but I don't like the fact that it only says Granada and that there is no G. But it's a nice change though.
