My Amstrad (ordinary) digibox switched itself off in the night last night, so I was hopeful of some nice new software, but discovered nothing when I powered it back up this morning.


Same here with my Pace box. It's rebooted itself many a time over the past 3 days, but we've still not got the update yet.

They are not doing Sky+ untill the normal Sky has been updated.

Panasonic was done the first week, about a month ago.

I'd force a reload with power-up-and-backup if I were you.

The EPG on that TV looks a bit different to the one I saw when I was last at home a few weeks ago.

Have I missed something? Is this the design that's on since the update?

Along the box is plug in with the sky dish and has power, it will update it self. Power-up-and-backup isn't a good idea anymore. Is the box Sky or Sky+?

I have never seen that one before.. is it to do with Sky+?

Thats the new look EPG, there's another picture in this months (May) Sky Magazine. Basically the top left Sky Logo will be replaced by the new glass style one and a new light blue background will be put in place.

Here's an interesting one... Try pressing the '0' button and you'll get a loudspeaker symbol in the little blue box that the channel numbers usually go in, and it leaves room for the three channel numbers. If you then continue to enter a three digit channel number, it comes up channel not available, even if you put 101 etc.

What's this for?
