Well the lack of Sky Atlantic shows on there is a fairly obvious omission given its not on Virgin and TalkTalk... and the new channels like Comedy and the factual portfolio appear far more driven towards box set and on demand viewing whereas Sky One and Witness still have a significant amount of weekly tv shows and I guess in turn a significant amount of people still watching them by linear means hence Sky can offer more opportunities to catch them in prime time and sell ad time.
It's a shame that it'll still just be repeats of Sky One and Sky Witness programmes, as Sky Two has been, rather than including a wider mix of content from their other Sky channels.

There are plenty of weekly TV shows on Sky Comedy, Sky Arts and Sky Crime that would be perfectly suitable for a channel called Sky Replay.
