While most probably shared a similar set (bank of monitors, black curtain), by far the most amusing (if political programmes can ever be amusing) was the effort from Westcountry Tonight - which seems to be anchored from someone's front living room.
Indeed even the name Westcountry Tonight is an odd one for a weekly politicial discussion programme. Moreso when you have the presenter sitting in an easy chair with a bottle of whisky or something and occasionally conducting two-ways with people "in our Westminster studio" through a wideshot of him talking to the living room's TV set.
I'm half expecting the camera to slip downwards to show the presenter in his slippers...
