Either way, I think we've heard enough tabloid stories about Paul O'Grady to last a lifetime in the past 3 months. I'll be glad on Monday when his new show actually starts so we can go back to actually watching him not just reading about what he may or may not be saying


I wonder if he'll do some primetime projects with ITV in the future?

Well, in the RadioTimes this week he says Daytime is the new Primetime - and actually Saturday night prime-time in many ways is now the graveyard slot!

And that Saturday night show sounded crap from the start - who needs another talent show from Simon Cowell?

I agree. I think Paul knows that even if he was nice about them now it wouldn't make much difference to ITV and to be honest I don't think it's his style to be sucking up to broadcasters looking for a job and be seen as a hypocrite.

I don't know, Paul having a go at crap talent acts would have been quite amusing, he wouldn't have messed about being nice to them.

I think he will say something about ITV showing old shows, but I think he'll do it in a funny way like, "he's talking over the channels", or if now only he can get a job on neighbours : he be on most staion at 5pm-ish Laughing

He said about planning to piss off the BBC and get them to repeat Blankety Blank in the slot!

Or perhaps he can get a role on Blue Peter!

Absolutely. I've got no problem with people liking Jordan and Peter (even though I can't see why) but I just cannot bear them.
