Not really suprised. It was a stupid & pathetic decision. They deserve the low viewing figures, shame they weren't low enough.

Not sure if its been mentioned yet - but ITV have pulled their (old) shows and will now show 'Poirot' at 5pm weekdays for this week.

Be interesting to see which way the ratings go now ITV have stopped the repeats.
Are the 700,000 watching the repeats of Paul confused fans or just watching as there is nothing else on.
I think 3.4m is the highest ratings Paul has got - MediaGuardian says he got an average of 3.2m in the last week of his final ITV series - and I think ratings had climbed steadily from around 2.5m throughout.

I am wondering where the viewers for Richard and Judy have gone. When they were up against Paul they had something like 1.2 million compared to his 3.2 million, have they simply stopped watching tv. I am aware that Paul o'Grady appeals to a slightly different audience, but you would think they would give the show a go, but by viewing figures it appears they have not.

Pauls probably got more viewers on channel four than he did on itv due to the fact that some utv viewers that want to can watch the show instead of having to watch utv live. I know i am!!!

I think he means the new Paul O'Grady Show isn't shown on S4C (the Welsh version of Channel 4). As far as I know though, it is.
