New look T4 this weekend

In addition to this, does anyone know when to expect more of the main C4 idents. At launch it was said 15 had been made, but only 9 have been shown so far.

While the 4 in that logo isn't like the Channel 4 logo, notice that the whole shape is the top 'block' from the main C4 Logo.

About time, I hate that pink!

Not too sure about that - I liked the old T4 logo, though it's current look never impressed me (the similar look before was very nice though!).

Saying that though, the animation on the T4 website is quite nice - and I like the idea of the spoof C4 idents.

I wonder as well if the new look will see the return of the T4 ECP. T4 pretty much introduced the first standardised ECP/Credits layout back in 1998 - but in recent years they've changed to using two small boxes with shrunk credits in one and a shrunk promo in the other.

I always thought the old T4 logo looked more like 4T. The new one seems to compliment the new Channel 4 logo well. Looking forward to seeing it on screen.

Is this definately the new logo? Coz I swear I saw a programme using this logo last weekend called something like 'Pure T4' or 'T4 Pure'....

They must have just made the programme with the new logo to save them having to change the graphics (AFAIK it's quite a new programme). It has to be the new logo as it's replaced the old one on the website!

I didn't think much of the new logo at first, but seeing it animate it's great! The current look is very bland, looking forward to seeing what this new one's like. It sounds promising.
