Isn't it that the bit with Hazel (Sports bulletins) is throughout Grandstand on a Saturday and Craig Doyle is in the studio on Sundays presenting and doing Sport+ or whatever its called.
And yes, I take it Sport+ is a replacement for G2 (if thats what your talking about), which was ran summer 2002 I think, which was presented mainly by John Inverdale and a few others.

There's a new look Sunday Grandstand from this week. It'll be presented by Craig Doyle but will also have news bulletins throughout the programme presented by Hazel Irvine (sports news I assume).

So this new look Sunday Grandstand is the same as the new look Sunday Grandstand that launched in Autumn 2002 - a discussion programme, sports news every hour plus other features.
I liked that format alot, and they should follow it through to the Saturday programme, especially as they've now lost the European Club Rugby.

The way I read it, both Grandstand and Sunday Grandstand are getting new looks. The Hazel Irvine news bulletins will be in the Saturday edition. Craig Doyle will present Sunday Grandstand. He's apparently reported from six nations rugby and British superbikes, as well as Breakfast at Wimbledon.

hmm now this is surprising - I thought they'd have designed the graphics so they could also use them on News24 to replace the current ones which the Tower overlaps, but it would appear not
