New Look Sky One, Two & Three

Can only watch Sky Three on Freeview but it appears to have had a makeover.

The logo is now just white on screen and the dog was in the far left of the screen, even in widescreen.

Yep you are right, all channels appear to be promoting the skyone.co.uk addy which looks a bit odd.

Rather jazzy, if uninspiring new ident there for Sky Thrcc.

The plain white DOG doesn't look quite right...maybe if it was a bit more opaque.

Did see that the www.skyone.co.uk was being used on Sky Three. the animation for the Sky Three ident looks quite good.

The DOG looks like the they just used the supesized font selector button and said that will do, sure we will get used to it.

Forgive me for being ignorant, but hasn't Sky Three had the skyone.co.uk domain on its promo endboards for a while now?

They've always used skyone.co.uk as far as I know. Do Sky2/3 even have their own web pages?

Sometimes they did, sometimes they just used www.sky.com

Yes but its now on the break bumpers, just looks a bit silly.

The idents are baffling, I just don't know what they are meant to be (not that that's much different to the old ones I suppose!). I've yet to see a promo in this style, all so far have had no set format, which is worrying.

I don't understand why they've changed things. The old ones didn't exactly mean much, but everything matched and they were pretty pleasing to the eye.
