Just found this on the CiTV forum but no change in the logo

There will be no change as such, its not going to be a brand new logo no. The trailer earlier this afternoon for the flinstones (should it have been shown or was it a mistake?) features the new type face (no more CiTV font used) and the ripped page effect that they are going to be adopting.
Also have you noticed the little sequences involving the safe door, a vault if you choose, last week it was getting closer this week its getting closer to the day it explodes each day. It involves characters behind the safe, such as a bolt drops out to reveal spongebob on the other side, the angry beavers fight to dent the door from the inside, and at the end of today's CiTV you heard sabrina and then the sparks that come from her finger were cutting open the door.
Seems todays links were pre recorded with them saying the phone in winners name is on the screen now, and then saying stay tuned for details of tomorrows shows instead of live linking.
Not much change to the logo, main notice is that it is now 2D. Not sure that I like it at the moment, I will have to see how it works in animation. Only a few days now.
With CiTV's alien week now finished, and the new look not starting till monday, i dont know what we will get on Sunday as there is an extended CiTV from 9:25 - 11:00 (as no premiership!)

They often do this "winner's names are scrolling across your screen now" although I don't think those links into SM:TV promotions on Fridays (or at least the bits from SM:TV) are live. In fact it's pretty obvious (to me anyway) that they aren't.

They've done so well with the animated film between the various segments (dunno what the proper term for these are), I mean the bits where you see the four letters sunning on the beach, singing on stage, the C crushed by a falling piano and those other related film pieces. They've been really good I reckon. Never liked that horrible font though, works on the logo but not everywhere else.

Probably pre-recorded in the previous style I would have thought so there may well be a "check out our new look tomorrow" type message at the end of the run.
I dont think the supposed live link ups are live they bill them as lets cross to the SM:tv Live studio. Nowadays they just say coming up tomorrow... when ant & dec were there they were live as they used to have a hello bit where they would talk to each other birmingham to london.
There was only one winner, and usually when live they announce one winner, but say runner ups are on the bottom of the screen now.
I dont think they would return to the old style, though they may have the bouncing lettered idents, but I cant see them having a CSO of the old set. Though I could be totally wrong!
