It seems there will not be buying more episodes of "Bobs full house" at the moment. On 22nd March, Bob’s Full House moves to Friday nights to see if it can pick up more viewers. How about given Non weekend slot?

Also Challenge is expanding it range of programmes again by broadcasting a gaming show "The Blurb"

It's definitely not to do with answers no longer being correct, for an example there was a question in Wipeout (Paul Daniels' era) which asked to identify best selling weekly publications - I'm pretty sure Beano and The Dandy would no longer feature!
Definitely not. The Dandy no longer exists (folded last month, a couple of weeks before your post) and the Beano, according to 2011's ABC figures (2012's weren't revealed) was 267th in the list.

What are you on about? The Dandy went online-only - it didn't fold (whatever that's supposed to mean in this context).
It went out of print. That's what a publication folding means. That online version? New title with the same name. They reset the issue numbering, it has different staff, it's format isn't even printable (it has rudimentary animation). They didn't call issue 3610 the LAST EVER ISSUE without due cause.

And anyway, the point was simply that it's sales went so low that they couldn't publish it any more.

I thought folding only applied to companies, not publications.

Anyway, I thought the point was that publication stopped because kids, being far more technologically adaptable as a group, were moving online for their entertainment. Whether or not you think the online version is the same (which I think it is, although it was a nice opportunity to make some changes) is pure semantics.

I think there's been some snipping going on in tonight's Play Your Cards Right. In both episodes I've noticed quick jumps in between scenes.

When are the episodes from? Are they edits for time?

The first one was from 1995 as he said "it's great to be back" and they seemed to cut a lot of the contestant interviews and the opening jokes with the dolly dealers.

jeeeeeeeeesus.

Whatever, at least we get a mix of old stuff and new - the last big Flextech acquisitions were Winning Lines, Golden Balls and 1 vs 100.

Challenge TV, doesn't exist purely to serve your nostalgia needs. It has to pay the bills.

Yes, and by presenting your opinion you acknowledge that another member can criticise it. Where would we be if all opinions could stand, with no scrutiny applied?
