Challenge are now showing the Big Bad Ticking Clock general public editions of WWTBAM!! Notice how polished they look compared to recent celebrity live clock editions!
Just watched the clock version of Millionaire on Challenge+1 and obviously had the remixed up to date music, but on the opening credits it didn't have the clock in it and the ending credits had the old music. Anyone know why this is?

Presumably because, the 'classic' episodes are added for Challenge and they don't pay that much attention for detail.
So someone has either made a mistake, or not bothered to put the correct music on the end.

The end credits also have the old millionaire logo and blue background?

Presumably it's done to match the ITV Classic Millionaire episodes.
Is it David Allan doing the BBC/Super Channel announcement at the end of Going For Gold? Looks like it's the first series rather than the 1988 one that the EPG suggests. Looks quite different to the era I remember.

This is the 1st series between 1987 and 1988. I think they stopped it during the second half of the series.
