I honestly cannot remember Les dennis doing an All Star version. Unless you are talking about Christmas specials! Only All-star version I know of is what Vernon "Bolton Wanderers" Kay does, although I would like to see new series of just normal contestants!

Well it happened, it's been touched upon on here in the last few month and it's mentioned on the Wikipedia page.
I think the way to go is keep it as "All Star Family Fortunes" but celebrities come on with a team of normal people. It keeps the celebrity factor which is a large pull and it mean they can recycle the same celebs and 'real' auditioned families might be more interesting.
Why have they gone for the Max Bygraves ones? I thought it was supposed to be not great?
I'm certainly more interested in the Bob Monkhouse era.
Also - since Challenge is able to pick up Interceptor (which only has 8 episodes) would it be much of a stretch to get a few more oddballs along the same lines? The People Versus (first series)?

Just checked the Wiki page but no mention of Les Dennis doing an All-star version. Ant and Dec did the Gameshow Marathon, but when it came back as All-star its been Vernon Kay all the way.

Max Bygraves' episodes were great, just in a different way. Although it had little to do with Bygraves himself, he was in charge for the two greatest moments in the shows history, the turkey incident and the 'Name a Famous Irish man' question. Both those happened in the same episode too.
