Anyway, despite him not being there during the auditions process, I blamed Richard Bacon and I have taken it upon myself to troll him and his family online for the last two years.
I hope that's a joke and you've seen a snippet of his latest documentary.
Or is that you he talks about?

Does series 3 feature celebrities alternating each episode with professional darts players?
I really hope Challenge haven't butchered this series with stupid edits.
Someone should work on an episode guide. I'll make a start if no one else wants to. Unless there already is one that I don't know about.
EDIT : Also, what opening titles does Series 3 have? Is it the one with the nipples?

No Challenge have cleared it up that Bob is not appearing on it, however he did appear on Bullseye in 1988 as part of the Christmas special with Eric Bristow as the Darts partner. Les Dennis and Roy Walker was also on it.
If the Blockbusters Failbook group is to believed, Bob Holness is on it.

There was a great moment just now when Jim Bowen referred to the remaining contestants as lads even though there were two women left. He said sorry and did the link again and said "lady and gentlemen" instead. Bizarrely we got to see both takes.
There have been a few other dodgy edits too but I don't think there have been any Challenge edits so far, which is good. There are no subtitles or audio description on this episode.

Don't blow things out of proportion. Appears a genuine error.
Might not be any Challenge edits, but the entire transmission looked painfully grainy.
Early Bully looks incredibly scary compared to what he ended up looking as a few years later.

Yes, obviously a genuine error. If they had just left it in it would have been fine and gone by without note. The odd thing is that they did a retake and then showed both takes anyway.

I'd remember seeing the 1984 series back in 2004, but I couldn't believe how much, err slower probably being the word the 1983 series was tonight, although still very enjoyable, although Bully's prize board lacked the nostalga, just a case of Tony Green reading the prizes out very fast....
( ^Sorry about the size ^ )
Bully's special prize was a TV and a VHS recorder....
