A howler of an answer to a question just now:- "Name a regional television company that transmits programmes to the Manchester and Greater Manchester area?"
Contestant:- "Is it Central?" Rolling Eyes
2nd Contestant:- "Don't know." Rolling Eyes

One for the TV Forum members!! Very Happy

They could have answered "BBC" and still be, sort of, somehow, correct. Even though that's not the answer that was actually on the card, the question never said anything about naming a regional independent television company!

The BBC isn't a company so it wouldn't be correct.

Talking of Bullseye. It looks like there is a fire in the studio at end of the episode on Challenge right now. I'm guessing someone just went a bit crazy with the smoke machine though.

It may be the episode that Rosie Webster was watching a few weeks ago too. I'm not sure though.

I can now confirm that last night, Challenge showed the same episode that Rosie Webster watched a few weeks ago. I used (some of) the audio from this episode to improve the scene from Coronation Street...

Here is the original...

John (The Duck) and Pete (The Chicken) from South Wales went on to Bully's Prize Board. They decided not to gamble as did Jim and Sam (£398). Babs and Vera ("two very pretty ladies" with £60) went on to gamble and lost out on a car. Sophie is having second thoughts about marrying Sian as she has developed feelings for Amber.

It is not too bad, although I have not seen the new breakbumpers or idents yet. I believe my version is better though, as it incorporates more 8-Bit elements.

I have noticed that my sky tv guide app on my iPad uses this logo for the Challenge image,

Upon googling Challenge Logo your logo comes up first and therefore whomever programmed the app did the same thing. Thus your logo has been put into the official sky app Shocked

Have Challenge got hold of some of the newer Millionaire episodes with the updated money tree?

I just saw an advert for the celebrity editions which showed them winning amounts such as £50,000 and £150,000

I saw 12 question clock free Millionaire quite a while back so it's not a new thing.
