Yes! They've shown episodes from 1995, with the original timing. Or at least when I watched it, each part seemed to be a lot longer than parts nowadays.

I was referring to the 2001-2002 era just before Les left, when there was £10,000 for charity. £5,000 for each family if I remember rightly if all top answers were found.

What an interesting programme. I wonder how I missed it. It really was "all star" too. Vernon Kay's version is usually only 20% star (not including Kay himself).

Well this is true, also 'Family Misfortunes' is one that seems to have bypassed a lot of people as well. Think there was only 2 episodes of that.

I'm aware of Family Misfortunes. Are you aware of a Channel 4 programme about gameshows that featured an interview with the members of Johnson family sans Bob 'Turkey' Johnson. I remember that being a good programme but I can't remember much else about it, including what it was called.

Definitely think it would be good viewing on Challenge if they got this version of the 'All Star' version, would rather watch this version than it's current format with Vernon Kay.

I think it was called "Our Survey Said" - ISTR taping it in 2004, will have a look for it.

addendum edit - "Our Survey Says" - 2005 actually http://ftvdb.bfi.org.uk/sift/title/806383

Each 12th night they put me in a shoebox
To spend long winter months in the dark.

Squeezed next to an over-sexed....
but I'm too old for that kind of lark.
