One million pound? That seems quite expensive for Challenge and quite expensive for a programme like Blockbusters. It's not Vernon Kay presenting, is it?
If you like Bullseye Christmas specials, are awake right now and have access to Challenge+1 then I have good news for you.
There seems to have been a different Christmas episode of Bullseye on every Saturday evening/Sunday morning for the past 3 weeks. I haven't seen this advertised anywhere though.
Contestants are...
- Mike Reid (Frank Butcher, not the DJ)
- Lisa Goddard (from Give us a Clue)
- Steve Wright (the DJ, not the prostitute killer (as far as I know)).
Which episode of 3-2-1 was it where Challenge played out clean footage of the viewer competition prize (a colour TV) after the programme had finished? It was an episode from the series they are showing now (1987) but I bet it won't happen this time around.
Look at me. Three posts in a row and now I am even replying to my own post. What am I like!?
Anyway, this episode of 3-2-1 (the theme was 'The Roaring 20s' and it featured Nasty Nigel Lythgoe for future reference) was shown again on Friday and to my surprise the extra bit after the credits was left in.
I see DOND from today onwards has moved to 12.30pm (repeats) and 6pm ('new' episodes). Blockbusters & Bullseye is replacing it the 7.30pm-9pm slots. Is DOND not doing too well in the ratings already?

I feel like writing a letter to Bob Holness congratulating him on his Prime Time promotion.
Which series are they showing and are these the same episodes that have been shown twice already?
This is new anyway...

Notice how you can see the studio on the side of the picture during the opening titles too. I always see this on my TV because I have the overscan turned right down but it might be new to some people. Sometimes you see the camera wobble a little bit while the titles are playing.
EDIT
: The episode of Bullseye on right now features a black man!
