Yes, indeed, it really was a pleasure to have Anneka back on our TV Screens after all these years, and of course, Challenge Anneka is a great comeback, for her so, welcome back Anneka and welcome to ITV1! Well done to everyone at Yorkshire Television, for all their hard work, involved in re-making the show. It was so moving, to watch (as TV Fetish pointed out above) and rather facinating not just to see the show back on our TV screens, but what it was all about, which was helping people in need. I really, can't wait until the new series, starts on ITV1 next year - does anyone know when this will be? It also was so exciting, to hear the original theme tune after all these years (minus the origonal opening titles) and especially great, to see the new truck, Dave the sound man and so many people helping out in general too!
Brekkie Boy - It looks like it is going to be repeated on the Community Channel tomorrow morning, shown at 8am - 9am on Freeview. More info on this is here. It's also repeated again, on Freeview on Saturday 30th, at 8.30am, but it cuts off at 9am, as broadcasting hours are from 6am - 9am.

I personally thought the programme was brilliant. They didn't try to overmodernise it as happened with Treasure Hunt, which makes an awful lot of difference, nor did they go overboard with heaps of commercial plugs. It'll be interesting to see how it does in the ratings really, as if it does well it might just show there's an audience on ITV for non-celebrity-trash in Primetime.

Any chance of a link to program re-run info that doesn't require pointless account registration to a website?
I think you're best bet is to just go to the Community Channel website directly and start a new search via visiting their 'TV Schedule' section, then select 'Saturday', (as that is when Challenge Anneka is next on the Freeview platform) then 'Earlier Programmes' and scroll down to the bottom of the page, as it knocks you out of the website otherwise, as this is due to an account registration that is needed via the link given in my origional post.

I heard the theme tune, and bloody hell it took me back lol. Great programme.
I loved the first minute, where Anneka was getting out of a truck with a laptop and for no real reason doing a running shot with the camera pointing at her ass. Nothing changes! lol
I was actually on a boat on the Thames when they filmed that bit, i saw the truck.
Good to see it back, just a shame it's on ITV1. I really think a show like this belongs on the BBC.
