Dated? I thought they were as fresh yesterday as the day they launched.

Exactly. All they needed to do IMO was maybe throw in a few new animations. Edit: Things like this might have jazzed it up a bit:


I think this new look will date much quicker than the previous set would have, which means the brand will be diluted once more.

Another ident just aired: One of the characters bouncing off the red cushions on the sofa in the style of Total Wipeout.

Seems a bit Sainbury-y

is that Kirsten O'Brien over the ident?

It certainly sounded like her, so that was my thought.

They look good to me!! Sad the other idents didn't last a bit longer, they could have easily been used for a few more years! My only criticism is that the Challenge logo at the bottom takes a while before it is shown on the screen - so the recorded announcement is finished and over before Challenge actually shows up. I think it could have been put on screen maybe a few seconds earlier?

What about Challenge Text? Has that been updated with the new logo too? Personally, I'd prefer if that reverted back to Sky Text as it used to be.

EDIT: And the Takeshi's Castle game has gone from Sky Games too. That wasn't there for long.

Its been 2 years already! Why couldn't they do that in 2014?

I really like the music to these idents and I like the logo and it's animation. I'm just not sure about these animated character things...
