New look on Cartoon Network!

Have a look at CN (in the UK). New look, same logo as the US one.

Much better. The old logo has been around since Cartoon Network started! (AFAIK).

Speaking of Cartoon Network, yesterday I noticed they were running an advert for the film 'Sahara'. Is it just me, or does one of the characters say "There's no way that that [Word for faeces begging with 'S']'ll work." near the end of the trailer?

I'll post a copy of it later tonight, until then it'll probably be shown again on Cartoon Network in an ad break in the next hour or so.

EDIT: Oh well, nevermind - I've just looked at the movie trailer online (better audio quality) and he does infact say "There's no way that that should've worked."

I believe all Cartoon Network stations in Europe have had the make-over today.

Please can someone makes some screengrabs.. I won't be able to watch the channel.

It looks as though the presentation is straight from the US.

For the idents and break animations, they use the characters of Cartoon Network in filmed shots of locations, such as this Scooby Doo one, where they shot a mansion, and added the scooby doo characters to it.

If only the actual channel was as good as the logo. Never like what it used to be!

Yeah I agree. Remember the days when Johnny Bravo, Cow and Chicken, I Am Weasel, Scooby Doo etc where shown much more often. Shame they've brought in a lot of Anime crap.

Cartoon Network show Scooby Doo far too much IMO...

I prefer my classic toons on Boomerang! Can't beat a bit of Dangermouse, etc!
