Yes - all music played has to be paid for each time it is used. It's PRS rules - it applies to jingles on radio, idents on TV, music on promos, even someone singing Happy Birthday.

In that case maybe we will see the first new ident at 6.00am tomorrow considering as there was an introduction to Breakfast even though it came after News 24.
