New look for BBC1

Though I doubt we will have a montage of all BBC One dancer idents, I thought I would put one together.

My suspicions are that Capoeira will be used to end the night.

Tango used just now into Open All Hours

A slightly longer than normal Tango appeared at 7.30
I wonder if they will un-veil Bollywood at 8.00?!!!

Although the dancer idents were quite dull, I will miss them. The music in them varied and they were well made by the producers.

I can't judge on graphics yet, but hopefully the 'endboards' on the promos will improve. The current one is too plain and, in my opinion, the transparent white ones were a lot better.

Bring on tomorrow - hopefully they show us Ballet and Haka once more. Haka never really came out of it's rest did it?

Hip Hop and Massai are the only two 'regular' idents left that still haven't been played today.

Still time, though...

I've noticed BBC One Scotland have been taking network promos mainly for the past few days.

The red is certainly much brighter on the Robin Hood trailer. I haven't had time to read all 100 posts, but is there a particular reason why there is a change in colour?
