Surprise surprise! Mrs Brown fills the gap.

A lot of furore on Twitter for the BBC's decision not to air this, particularly given that Nigel Farage is leader of The Brexit Party as well as standing as an MEP candidate yet featured in last nights Question Time and is due to feature on Sunday's Andrew Marr Show.

My issue with this is that the BBC could've said they had reservations about the choice of guest before recording yesterday so the show could have found a last minute replacement. To say they aren't happy with the choice of guest just before transmission is grossly irresponsible of them.

The BBC's own story said they showed Would I Lie To You instead, although that was already scheduled for 21:30.

Or, at a pinch, a tub of lard.

People fundamentally not understanding that there isn’t just a ban on people in politics appearing on tv - Farage appeared on these shows alongside people with opposing views.

On Catchpoint right now, there is a set of questions about BBC One logos from the Bat Wings right up until Circles (no Oneness though, phew!)

Things are better that way. Sticking to the TV Pres canon.

For reference:

Questions were about "Which of these idents were showing when X happened/when X first aired?"

The contestants thought the COW was used when Strictly Come Dancing launched and the Balloon was used in 2012! Rolling Eyes

Being pedantic, 3 globe idents are missing from that line-up- the 1964-66 globe, the 1968-69 version (last non colour one) and the 1981-1985 striped logo globe.
