The cheerleading and swing dancing are two of the better idents out of the full set, clearly that is because they feature music.
The taekwondo class has raised my anxiety levels! Why do I want kids shouting at me before the start of a programme.
The idea of featuring clubs and groups from many areas is not a bad idea, it's this further execution that lets them down.
The cheerleading & swing dancing idents are like unpolished versions of the dancers idents.
DB
They're a bit better than the ones they launched with, but still a poor execution.

At least it looks like they’ve used a tripod.

Was Dog walkers at 10am the first time this set has been used? The idents really have gone to the dogs...

That dancers one shows that we have they have moved even further into the realms of budget rhythm and movement idents, it’s obviously like a low budget salsa ident.
The taekwondo one looks to me that it might be difficult to talk over unless they lower the sound right down.

Looks like they will still be in use across 2019 then. The BBC wouldn’t waste money for a few months.

Another thing with these idents is that they don’t build up to any sort of conclusion - generally speaking the action just “continues”. Maybe the still “pose” should be at the end?
