Did anyone else notice that the screen went a bit funny a few minutes into the BAFTAs? Is the BAFTAs broadcast like any other OB? Or are the feeds hard wired from RAH?

It's the Festival Hall, not the Albert Hall. I'm not aware of there being any permanent fibre circuits there, so it's probably satellite. (That doesn't look like a standard kind of satellite break-up to me though)

Bit of a delay in getting to the BAFTA TV awards - so we were treated to a good old-fashioned menu of tomorrow night's programmes.

We’re usually quite quick to moan when it’s all a bit of a shambles so top marks to Duncan and the team (and those in the Nations) for coping with something that I guess was very last minute.

They could have kept running trails so it’s nice to see a menu coming out every now and again.
