BBC Oneness - idents and presentation

I've always liked LOVE, yet it got mixed reviews on here. Bet you wish it was back now...

Nope.

I preferred the idents they used in early 2016 (I think?).

there were very bland, look like they were knocked up in somebodies lunch break.

I get the feeling they will use something different for January, maybe the "January circles" ones that we had a few years ago or maybe something new, and then the circles will reappear without fanfare in February.

Unlike Oneness which look like they were knocked up in somebodies tea break.

I mean, they didn't set the world alight. But looks higher bar than what's on atm.

Giving a class of infant school children a load of felt tip pens of various colours, getting them to write "BBC One" on sheets of A4 paper in literally any style of their choosing (and not even worrying if they style it as e.g. "bbc" and/or "1" etc), and then pointing a camera at the results would still be preferable to what we have at the moment IMHO.

These were really sweet and well made:

The yellow one was absolutely foul and worse than the general standard of design on display now.

Don't give them ideas!

After the shambles of "Oneness" we might end up with something along those lines next year!
