I wouldn't mind that. After almost three months, the current set is still not appropriate for all subjects. They are not fit for purpose.

Yeah. The 8pm sting (which carried over from the previous pres package) would do the job in this case, just freeze it at the end of the animation.

Just rewatched BBC One Scotland, cant believe they cut away to show a bunch of people staring wth binoculars and smiling trying to get a better look. Who decided that was appropriate.

The day has been turned sombre and I think Forest should be used once or twice tonight, certainly leading into the BBC News at 10.

From observation, BBC ONE was still simulcasting the News Channel for the statement made by the Met Police at 6pm. Five minutes later, it cut to Birdwatchers for the News at Six.
