I have seen so many different versions of the Chris Tarrant and Ant and Dec idents whereas other ones I always seem to see the same one ie Martin Kemp! Surely they must have made more than just the one version of that one?
I've never seen that Ron Atkinson one before, when has that been used on screen ? I wonder if they've bothered to bus down any of the regional celebs down to London to shoot some new idents, Yorkshire's Duncan Wood could do with one now.

They were used in the "That's Entertainment" promo, but I haven't seen them used as idents. I don't think I ever saw the Paul O'Grady ident, although I'm told it was used as a regional ident for Granada.

Yes - Its on Granada TV. Of the 5 Granada have left (Cilla and Tracey Shaw never used now) the Paul one is the one used the least. I think it’s because of the music on his set having no tune to it. The 3 with the Yellow cloth are used the most on Granada TV.

All four muscial scores have the same tune to it... well, at least I can spot it.
Yes, I know that, but what I'm trying to say is that, listen to the paul music, then the other 3. The music used on Pauls ident is well.....not as tuneful compared to the other 3.
Well I think we need more regional idents on ITV1 Wales - I like the Jon/Lucy one pictured below but it would be nice to see other HTV presenters on ITV1 Wales idents.
BTW. Whilst going through sites, Ive found old idents of carltons on www.tv-ark.co.uk from 1994 that if implemented with a clear itv logo would be perfect, instead of all of this celebrity nonsense!
