Strange how fickle celebrity is that she was everywhere one minute and the opposite the next. Carol Vorderman spoke at the height of Davina's popularity of when she was in that position and while she doesn't regret it, she saw right through the fact it would eventually dry up from the beginning. While Davina is out having her baby at the moment, her face simply isn't as 'everywhere' as it was last year. Still, she's probably enjoying the time out and will undoubedly be back as big as ever very shortly again.
I cant think of what Davina is going to do on itv. She presented Dont Try This at home, that ended (or was it axed?) it should come back anyway; she presented the vault, but melanie sykes has done that this year (was davina dropped or didnt she want to do it?) and she presented popstars: the rivals, which has been axed. Id like to see her back as her idents were the funniest and happiest along with ant & dec's.
Noticed that the two sets have different music again. As circle set is like a catwalk with model walking music as ant & dec have a circle walk one and a few on the big brick set. The only other ident and music I have seen is Chris Tarrant on the light bulbs one.
Also noticed no sign of Des Lynam in the promo, seen Gabby Logan and Jim Rosenthal, co incedentily he's the only other person on the bulb set as he's playing with his remote controlled car!
Could Cat Deeley be the new Davina? The amount of times she appears, she's nearly on there as much as ant & dec and simon cowell!
I'd like to see itv grab all of the big names, they've got Cat (what prime time is she going to do now mathew Kelly is back?), Tess, Ant & Dec, Frank Skinner, Harry Hill, Melanie Sykes, they need the good young presenters, and give them shows. But not too many as it would be overkill! Also Ive noticed how regular's who you know are going to be on itv1 arent featured like the two Des's Lynam & O'Connor, neither is sir trevor! Unless they just couldnt fit them all in!
I believe they are real as he walked through them, and they look real. They are quite easy to get hold of. They've had a few artists on cd:uk that have had mic stands with a flurestant tube in them.
The ECP didnt look that bad as it the bills background was a lovely dark blue. What they need is to separate the two, such as having white light shining out of each side of the credit strip onto the ecp.
It does look a bit full though. I dont know why everyone dislike the hearts ecp, as it was neat, stylish and could fit with anything.
Yeh, I really want to see that one, with all the ITV News people chatting on the yellow blocks, or at least a Nick Owen one.
They seem to be playing the same ones all the time, although I did just see a new Skinner & Baddiel one just then. But Mel Sykes, Ant & Dec & Pop Idol seems to be getting a lot of airing, understandably I suppose.
How many ant & dec idents are there? tv home has three i think, that dont work! The others do though. Plus Ive seen the catwalk one of them. They are using them at the moment to promote programmes that are coming.
By reviewing the promo, I go back on what I said; Simon Cowell and Gabby Logan also appear in front of the tubes!
Ive seen the pop idol three, but not seen simon; i wonder why simon was alone on this. It would have been great to see the four judges and ant & dec lurking in the back on one.
Or little ant & dec at the start of one before the real two come and pick them up and carry them off!
I quite like the idea of cross promotion like harry hill used to be will john suchet!
I think I might resort to taping nightime to see if any interesting ones pop up there.

I've noticed four sets actually; the catwalk type one, the blocky one, the neon tube one, and another one near the end of the promo with Katie Derham clapping - it looks different to the other sets.
Its her sitting on the block with the three guys behind, but you can only see their legs! Two men are in the windoes of the blue back i think nick & john whilst mark stands in the opposite corner to where katie is sitting.
