New CBBC studio

I understand everybody's favourite 'Oucho' made a return today to CBBC Pres, did anybody capture it by any chance?!

Just a quick question, sorry if it has already been asked, when does Newsround start at Salford in its new studio?

From Monday. Today was the last show from Televison Centre, Ricky said at the end of the programme.

What about tomorrow, and the CBBC Channel/weekend updates?

Well, tomorrow's is a special. What would have been Newsround Extra in the old days. And I'm guessing they could find a CSO studio to knock off the other ones.

They always use a CSO studio for all the CBBC Channel updates.

There is no 5PM update on BBC1 tomorrow so they won't need to use the studio.

I believe its in the East Tower which isn't technically part of TV Centre, although its right next door.

Yeah, it is next to the old CBBC Office set. And If I remember correctly that was in East Tower.

Is that also the last BBC1/CBBC split studio setup - am I right in thinking all the updates/bulletins will come from the same place in Salford?

East Tower is on the TVC site, and has TVC in its internal addresses, in a similar manner to Design/Drama building, EBX block etc.

Most people would consider East Tower to be part of TVC.
