It is a great piece of architecture, with a timeless design that suits channel 4 to a t.

Absolutely! It practically screams "Channel 4". Smile

Does anybody know anything about the building? When was it built and who designed it? What was the inspiration behind it?

Channel 4 occupies a distinctive, purpose-designed building on Horseferry Road, Westminster, designed by Richard Rogers Partnership with structural engineering by Ove Arup & Partners. It follows on from, but is more restrained than, the Lloyd's building in the City of London, and was constructed from 1991-94.

Very interesting, thanks for that info.

What have they done to the logo on the front right of the building (very strange how it's so small and in that position), but they changed it to the box logo around 2000, have they changed it back to the old style 4, kept the box or had a new logo?
