I've just seen this ident for the first time after breakfast.

Bunch of blokes in sweaters with an element of red prancing around in what looks like some part of the South Bank - it looks like somewhere with a huge section of concrete jungle anyway. Laughing

Edit: Not sure why a little green thing appeared on screen, must be something to do with either my capturing or file conversion.

It seems that BBC ONE SCOTLAND do not follow the usual policy of the NETWORK. They only showed about 17 seconds of the 30 second ident.

Hope that BBC ONE NORTHERN IRELAND, WALES and the NETWORK got longer screenings? Was there any reference to a new ident from the announcer?

What... so you hope that Northern Ireland and Wales chopped off the first 13 seconds of the programme, or you hope that Scotland got a copy sent up on tape purely so that they could go to the programme 13 seconds earlier than Network and the other nations....?

Wales played 15 seconds No reference to it being a new ident Sad

In answer to your question I did not want them to chop off the beginning of the programme at all.

They could have played a shorter trail so the ident could have played longer. Of course it could have been scheduled better to allow for this.
