I like the bit in the grafixs when the radio wave fires out with real force from the globe. I've always had a feeling that one news prog would have that in the titles.

Like the theme tune, very mellow

I really like the titles on the promo, can't wait to see the full set on Monday!

The full titles are nice - quite laid back.
The set has quite a few elements in a small space ... expect to see George standing up at points with insets on a large screen!

Is it possible that this style of idents and studio will be used by other BBC News programmes in the future?

Hmm, somehow I don't think so, because it isn't quite as corporate as I thought it would be it is quite unlikely.

BTW, why have they used a 'real' globe instead of a computer generated set of titles? I would kind of like to see a new sort of opening titles in the traditional clouors as used on News and world, but adding a hint of orange.

It looks similar to Sport's Today, but more orangy!

I would have thought it would have been better to launch it with BBC Four.

Never mind, there are advantages of having BBC WORLD!Smile
