I noticed that there seemed to be a new presenter on BBC News 24 earlier this afternoon, I think. He certainly doesn't seem familiar. Does anyone know who he is or where he worked previously please ?

Todays male presenters have been Adrian Finighan, Chris Eakin, Matthew Amriliwola, and Peter Dobbie. No-one new in that list

aye, but you just couldn't mistake this fella. He had a rather large, roman nose and a little dimple on his chin. Perhaps its one of the four Adam mentioned ?

Err - but all of the main news presenters who were on News 24 today, as mentioned, are familiar faces. Adrian may be slightly less well known than Chris, Matthew and Peter, but only slightly - he has presented on News 24 since pretty much the beginning - though is far more familiar to BBC World viewers. (He is also the voice of BBC World)

yeah but this guy was very distinctive. He had long ginger hairs protruding from his toenails and started levitating whilst making quacking and yodelling noises both at the same time ! Weird ! Maybe they've already captured him and put him where he belongs.....anywhere well clear of Wood Lane !

...which was?

Come on, don't leave us in suspense!!!

Mine's the Malteser, though the toffee's nice too. I don't like the just chocolate ones and am glad they're a different shape.

What new flavours should the introduce?

Going off topic, did someone notice Zeinab Badawi presenting BBC 4 news?,..she was fab as usual. I really like the way she reads the news, and her charming British accent...

There isn't really such a thing as a British accent. The Welsh and Scottish have their own very distinctive accents, so anyhtings else is probably and English accent...

Yes, thanks for the correction, I would say English instead of British , my mistake. In any case, I like her accent a lot; she has a warm and charming voice, and that makes her a good presenter IMHO.
