New BBC Local Radio jingles

Hereford and Worcester still holding out then.

One thing these jingles haven't changed is how amateurish and mind-numbing BBC Local Radio can be. I was listening yesterday and the DJ was talking about "why interesting is an interesting word".

It's providing a vital service at the moment in between the occasional bit of DJ ramble.

That just highlights how unsuited and disjointed this package really is. I’m a fan of Reelworld’s work, but this feels like they missed the mark a little bit.

The sound of... "Cov" ?

Is that a new tagline or has it always been that awful on CWR?

New tagline. Their drivetime programme is also called “The Cov Show”.

I guess it’s their Cov ID

It's 'The Sound of Coventry and Warwickshire' on the news jingle.

Next, it's gonna be "The Sound of War".

Is this coming to Radio Wales?
