I guess it's just me, or do I find that shape mildly irritating, especially how it's not a square and a squashed up version of one.

If you are talking about the new BBC News logo, it is a perfect square, unlike the current box logo which is not

I really don't think Reith works for the channel logos.

It's not a very adaptable font at all.

Maybe it's just because I'm not used to it being a full square. My eyes are deceiving me!
