New Anglia Production slide and ITV1 Xmas

Did anyone see the end of Sunday Morning. The production slide looks like the others execpt it has the triangles in the background.
It looked kinda confusing cos some of the triangles were white the others were left purple.

I think that ITV1 will have an eskimo this year not that robin. I saw a trailer for some new drama this morning but the xmas thing was only on for a second. Though it was only brief but will be on again.

Yep from today (sunday 9th december) the xmas promotions are starting to be rolled out featuring the eskimo and skating stars all made of ice!

The first promotion should be for Othello with many more to follow..........the animation is only shown at the start of these for a few seconds.......

They only start today? Granada must have let one slip then, because one was on late last night. Very nice too.

Hmmm, I noticed at the end how the [itv]1] logo glimmered like the [itv].com] logo on idents. Maybe this will feature in the new look next year?

I saw the new Anglia endcap too, and was surprised to notice the triangles of the Anglia logo in purple and white, rather than the usual colours of the Anglia logo which are: Wedgwood Blue, Cambridge Blue/Gold and White, which has been the traditional colours of the logo since it was introduced back in March 1988, to replace the old knight on horseback logo.

Shame that Granada are not allowing their ITV regional companies to keep their traditional colours for their logos, rather than the corporate purple and white!http://web.ukonline.co.uk/tv.home/forum/emoticons/shocked.gif

It looked suspiciously a lot like the TV Logo Font that Andrew Wood created by the way any chance of a screen shot of Anglia & Meridian's?

No, I mean ITV2 were showing an ITV1 promo with that graphic, so far I ain't seen any xmas ITV2ness (but as Felicity is one of the few things I watch on ITV2 it could be next Sunday before I check in again...)
