Same here, I don't really like World's headline bed or the tag that goes with it, compared to the previous two, which were more powerful and dramatic IMHO
Yeah - the 2002 countdown followed by the huge crash and the really loud thunderclaps and headline bed at such a fast pace - the presenter would need to take a huge breath before the headlines begun to keep them in time to the rather fast thunderclaps - then when they finished you'd just hear them exhale before "Welcome to BBC World News.." The 2002 set was pretty unbeatable IMO.
