Has the revamp actually worked down under? Have viewing figures improved?
I hope so...
I read somewhere that after week of 23rd July (when it relaunched) viewing figures crept past the 1 million mark for the first time in ages in Aus for the show. I don't know if it has sustained this audience though.

The last time i saw viewing figures for the show they were alot better, roughly between the 950,000 and 1.5 million mark, compared to about 750,000 which was pre relaunch, which is a great and significant improvement.

keep an eye out poeple! Ned's finds out he has a son, this week :Mickey Parker!
he's good child actor and really cute!
About Mickey:
Quote:
Michael "Mickey" Gannon is eight years old but he's small for his age. His best friend in the whole world is his beloved dog Jake, who is nearly as big as Mickey and who follows him everywhere. Little Mickey has moved around a fair bit in his short life and he'd like nothing more than to stay in one place for a while. Preferably somewhere with a garden for Jake.
Mickey's mum Kirsten was Ned Parker's high school sweetheart. Conceived at the Year 10 formal back in Oakey, Kirsten never told Ned that she was pregnant and snuck away to raise Mickey on her own, with some help from her grandparents. However, they both recently passed away, leaving Kirsten struggling to deal with her grief and look after Mickey at the same time.
Desperate for help, Kirsten tracked down Ned and begged him to look after Mickey for a while. It's going to be an interesting journey for them both as Ned discovers what it means to be a father, and Mickey discovers what it means to have one.
