Makes me wonder why they just didnt drop the episode like they sometimes do on a Bank Holiday. Home and Away have no new episodes on either Five or Five Life.

Probably because now they've lost the rights to five for the next season there is no need to slow down the pace, as they won't catch up to Aus while the soap is still on BBC one

Probabaly. Ironic that Home and Away is the one dropping episodes on Bank Holidays now as they are fast catching up with Oz, when up until now they have even shown an episode on Christmas Day when it fell on a weekday.

Just incase anyone had forgotten, The Little Britain episode of Neighbours is imminent to be shown in the UK. I do not know the exact date but i know September is the month it will appear. Also we are not to far away from the brand spanking new opening titles and "back to basics" roll out.

Just been reading the Synopsis for tomorrow's Neighbours (Thursday 6th September) and i think it might actually be the one with Lou & Andy. The episode is titled "British Bulldog" and mentions Pepper going on a date.

Does anybody know when the new titles will be shown in the UK? Will it be when the show moves to five, or will the BBC use it too?

It should be in about 6 weeks time, so they should start airing from mid October.
