Neighbours

Well the original Neighbours theme and titles are the best (the one from the first channel 10 series not channel 7)

Slight quibble - how can they be the originals when the original series wasd one by 7. SORRY for pointing it out , I try not to point out things like that normally!

On another note - it does look as though the fantastic Grundy name has finally bitten the dust. Just seen this on YouTube.

I see there is an advert for Ant and Dec's Pokerface format although they have retitled it Contest

but will it say that, when it appears on the BBC?

No because as stated before the BBC has edit version, the credits are design to fit their ECP graphics.

Yeah I thought of that when I wrote it, but thought everyone would know what I meant when I said the original titles of the CHANNEL 10 series.

OK, I think the best titles are the ones from the 1986 season - this was Neighbours second set of titles, but the original set from the Channel 10 version of the show.

Contest was the original name of Pokerface in this counyty - but changed the name before it was taped. As when they were appealing for contestants it was of The CONtest (I applied but didn't get on)

Ant and Dec must be rolling in it after selling their format abroad! To be honest I prefer the "Contest" over "Pokerface".

It'll be weird seeing Freemantlemedia Australia instead of Grundy soon.

You don't see adverts for Neighbours like that at all in the UK, they often go smoother and calmer, when they do use promotions that is.

I just cannot believe The Biggest Loser promo, what a way to promote someone's death....

Can someone tell me when Ben Nicholas who plays Stingray will be leaving Neighbours?

I have heard rumours that he will be leaving in April but we in the UK will see it in June? Is this true? What does he plan to do next?
