2200 W - The Guide (new entertainment news series)/ Soap specials
2230 Neighbours
2250 Foreign Series
2335 Foreign Comedies

Having so much Foreign stuff would be hard. There is a strict government quota on BBC Three not having foreign imports. I think it's 97 per cent UK/European production. So much has to be original programming as well. Think the foreign allowance is taken up with films - hence why you don't see stuff like ER/Friends/US Imports on Three - even if they could afford them.

not necessarily true. They do pay for the programme and since they've had the licence to show the programme in this country for so long they do actually have a VERY small say into the input of the storylines - also mainly because it's the UK where it gets most of its viewers (numbers wise and not percentage of population wise) anywhere in the world.

The BBC does not have a direct input into the storylines and cannot dictate on direction of the show - thats down to Grundy. It would be like saying that TV3 (Ireland) or the Canadian station partly paying for Coronation Street to be made and having a say in the direction of the show. They only pay for the programme and advise on possible storylines only if it fits in with the show.

So it is. But because we have caught up so much ( we were 18 months behind when it first started over here and now are 3 months behind) we got the 20th anniversary storylines last year.

You can watch at Aussie pace, summaries thanks to "neighboursguy". Hes posted the Halloween episode in full. I've just watched it and its brillant. If timing is right, this should air in January here.

In that episode...
Theresa final act is played out as she prepares to steals Sky's baby. Sky goes into labour and gives birth. Carmella notices Theresa in the street and chases her into No.30, where Theresa throws a pan of boiling water over her face.
At the hospital Theresa sets alight the hospital, everyone is evacuated - but they keep Sky in where she finally gives birth. They then move over to a different wing. In the process of moving them, Sky's baby is taken (which we dont see), the end Sky looks over incubator/cot and realises shes not there.

You see in Britain we have problems with hospitals - no bed space etc. Yet over in Oz, Harold gets put in a bed for an ingrowing hair! Laughing

Its where some of the hair strands have started to in grow. I have the same problem at the moment, it is sort of hard to explain and many people either laugh - or think its a load of old tosh. It happens Where the spine ends, and the craves of your bottom begins. I dont know the ins and outs of it, but a simple operation can fix it. It can cause discomfort when sitting, bending over ect.

And ive just watched the 1st Nov episode from Austalia, via that link. Probably one of the best twists ive seen in a while.... right up until Halloween weve been lead to believe that Tereasa was going to steal Sky's baby when born, but the episode after (1st Nov), shows Tereasa and Stingray questioned, and right at the end, there is "The Hand" with Baby Kerry - so who is it?
