I think the current style Neighbours has in oz is a complete mess, the generic titles, remind me of the ones on Coronation St, they do not fit the style of the show.
New opening titles, different remixs of themes, and the end credits that even I could do on powerpoint
At least one thing at least they get the end promos timed right at the end unlike the BBC.

That's because they don't do them live and put the promo on top before broadcasting it by scheduling it as a seperate segment.

Still lame, they should have gone generic. The credit space is way too big.

So have Ten not done generic titles on the rest of their home shows are is it just been introduced?

Well neighbours is the only aust show thats on at the moment since its the non ratings period. We will see when other channel ten made shows start rolling out in a weeks time.

I dont like the new closing credits that are currently showing in Australia there's too many promo's which makes it worse than the BBC's ones!

Is it me or have BBC been editing episodes again!!!!!! ????

I am sure, when I saw these episodes in November, in Oz, there was an extra episode where the montage of Dillon was hanging up in either a chapel or community centre and was slightly defaced by a mysterious figure, but none of this was shown on BBC!!!!!!! Plus us viewers did not see how Dillon and Conor got onto the ship/ferry, which again, I am sure I saw that in Oz.

It just seemed a bit displaced - one minute Dillon and Conor where on a boat - next minute they were in Ramsey Street - also where did the montage of Dillon's life come from???????

Or am I just imagining it all??????????

I wondered what had happened to the full Neighbours theme... it seems the BBC had decided to edit it over the years, I thought it had been shortened by the singers... but now thanks to http://media.putfile.com/Neighbours-preview - I've just heard the full theme again.

lol hate to make you sound mad, but I don't recall seeing that.

Now that brought back memories. If only Auntie Beeb could spare an extra minute to play the closing theme in full.
