I've lost track of how neighbours do their commercial breaks in Australia now. I know the format changed a couple of years ago. As far as I'm aware it is now two breaks in the middle of Neighbours itself, and then the third break has been inserted following the closing credits, whereas it used to be inserted just prior to the closing credits with a seamless lead into the next programme?
If that's the case then I reckon they have just put the Five break in where TEN put their first one, because there is often a fade to black about 2/3 of the way through our episodes where a second TEN commercial break would have been.
No, there's 3 breaks during Neighbours in Australia, the final break is before the final scene.
Five are getting copies with the break stings in unlike the BBC. So it means they have overlay the underscore music into the next scene, to cover up the break.
I dont know whether anyone else noticed this , but in a scene last week outside the Parker house someone refered to Ned as Dan which is his real life name, or did I imagine this..
Harold left Neighbours on Friday (2 days ago) - it will be very strange on Ramsay Street without him. The episode is due to air around mid July - early August in the UK!
