Then probably Jon Stewart second, Conan third and Craig Ferguson fourth.
Jon Stewart does a totally different show though. There's no comparison between the traditional guest based late night talk show and the news/satire based Daily Show
By the way, has NBCU announced where The Tonight Show with Conan will be produced from?
I know a while back there was some talk that Conan was reluctant to move from his current home at 30 Rock to The Tonight Show's usual home over in Burbank.,Ca.
With Jay stopping put (and one would guess still using the same studio) will NBC keep Conan in New York?

No, He'll be broadcasting from Stage 1 at Universal Studios.
I do Like Conan & Letterman, also Stewart/Colbert. Not really fond on Craig Ferguson's show however. It could grow on me though.
Essentially this is the compromise created by Leno promising to quit the Tonight Show but then refusing too, nearly causing a rerun of the fracus that happened when Johnny Carson quit. Otherwise O'Brien might have done what Letterman did all those years ago - go elsewhere and prosper.
But how do you mean Propser, Letterman only really got the ratings up until Hugh Grant appeared on the Leno show in the mid 90s due to hookergate and Lenos ratings have been consistantly better than Letterman ever since.
. . . and the jury is still out on Knightrider and My Own Worst Enemy
The jury is still out on the new Knight Rider, the future of which depends on the retooling. Contrary to what most seem to
believe, the retooling for Knight Rider seems to have been already decided upon several weeks before it was reported.
As for "My Own Worst Enemy", the jury have already declared their verdict ... it's been cancelled.
