Why don't they just call it 'The X Factor'? This year, it is just 'bigging up' all of the ITV shows, and forgets about the other channels, like BBC. Dermot O'Leary presenting, Jedward, Joe McElderry, Cheryl Cole, Simon Cowell, Ant & Dec. It's simply an ITV-bias, and a glorified 'Britain's Got X Factor' programme.

What about all of the other channels that don't have trashy reality TV on, that are actually watchable?

Did you miss the big plug for EastEnders a few minutes ago?

it is 100% live ( except for a small delay)

91.62% live then surely?

if you say so! Rolling Eyes

Its no more Rolling Eyes than saying something is 100% live. Something is either live or its not.

Whatever channel it's on it's going to be a bit biased to.

But tbh I think there've been quite unbiased - it's just that ITV's shows fit it better with these type of award shows.

it is live , but like any other live show - it has a delay!

Good job they're not up for any acting awards because Ant and Dec aren't fooling anyone with their "shocked" speeches. I still think they should be nominated individually!

I'd believe they are genuinely shocked but I did think Ant was going to announce they were splitting up for a moment then.

What about live shows? By 'live shows' I mean ones that go out live.

Yeah I thought they were going to announce something! I thought they may say " This is the award were going to except"

Like David Tennant last year , I should think there might be a surprise announcement tonight!

Hardly any shows are "live" as such . they have to have a delay, just incase!

Becky is pregnant! Joe is dead!

And that's why award shows don't attract the audiences they used too - the Brits especially. It's ridiculous really the live delay on UK broadcasts is generally at least 5 minutes, but the more prudish US networks can do all the editing they need with just a 7-second delay.

God, there's more filler in this than an X Factor final!

Could you explain that one?
