TV Forum: It's the same faces on tv all the time!!!
Also TV Forum: Bradley Walsh really should be presenting this.

Nobody has been on tv these past few months more than Bradley Walsh.

Both views posted by different people though. Forums do tend to have members with conflicting opinions.

I make simple demands: bring back the original theme, RAH and Sir Trev.

Sir Trev was very wooden on this and seemed out of place.

He was but I would give anything for Dermot to move on.

The Bafta TV awards thankfully are a better reflection of the industry than the NTAs.

The BAFTAs Have dumbed down over the years both in terms of shows awarded and also the actual award ceremony itself. Plus it also isn’t unknown for it to be infested by technical problems due to the way they edit it on the fly whilst it is still happening. The hosts have varied in popularity with some falling flat. So that isn’t the pinicle either.

I agree that awarding Ant and Dec was a sham, record or no record. Dec has presented solo and also with Holly. Ant didn't deserve the award, and to his credit, he knows he didn't. You can just tell. I imagine it's been a bit embarrassing for him infact.

Ant definitely shouldn't have had it seeing as he'd barely been on TV, only a few episodes of Takeaway and the BGT auditions.

Indeed. They gave us BAFTA Award Winning Love Island.

I always felt Sir Trev's tenure was a lot more prestigious. Once Dermot got it on the act and started bringing on X Factor winners as musical acts, it felt so much more dumbed down. I know it's inevitable for producers to want to widen the appeal of such shows, and I don't know how many younger people watch the NTAs now compared to 15 years ago. But, jeez... Not helped by Dermot's "I could be doing better things tonight" style of presenting.
Lottie Long-Legs, RDJ and chevron gave kudos

Voting opened before I'm A Celeb 2018, so the 2017 series was the one being judged. Ant was on that one.

Which is still more air time than many winners
