It almost feels embarrasing to watch seeing Myleen apologise. It does insult the viewers intelligence/discretion somewhat and at 22:35 when this was aired it really is nothing.

They were discussing 'shagbands' on Breakfast on Tuesday morning. Sian said something along the lines of, "we're not going to use the actual word because it's early in the morning, so we'll just refer to them as 'bands'" - this was at 08:57 when children should've be at or on their way to school anyway.

Old people who would may get offended by this kind of thing, don't go to school though!

I'd be very surprised if the term would go out on GMTV, to be honest.

It appears Chie is very mistaken, as I left my house at 7:45 on Tuesday, and I heard the "shagbands" story. "Shag", whilst hardly vulgar, is taboo - and is probably not something one would want their five year old to hear of a morning.

Slightly off topic, but the Daily Mail ads are annoying me saying the readers could win £13m with their free Euromillions ticket on a Saturday - when in fact as the draw as already taken place, we know this week nobody in the UK has won £13m - so they're offering a chance to win a jackpot which doesn't exist.

Once again one rule for TV, another for the gutter press.
